LAPASSION PROJECT - GYN 2020 - TEAM 4EYES

GD4 PRESENTATION Today Gabriel Novato did a great job making the video for our campaign. We also have more information about the cooperatives and we are feeling motivated about our project. Today we have to deliver our GD4 activity with the proposal and prototype/mock up to the counterpart.

PRESENTATION Yesterday we started organizing our ideas and the structure of our presentation. We also talk about the ways we were going to make our awareness campaign.

VALIDATION OF OUR IDEA (RESEARCH) Mariana said that after the prototype was created, we need to validate our idea with them. We have to do a big incentive campaign to reach the collectors and how these collectors provoke the cooperatives to receive more materials. Would the dairy company be responsible or co-responsible?  Did we even consider whether it would be the role of the dairy industry to disclose about recycling?

DEVELOPMENT OF THE IDEA Today we talked about how are we going to developed the idea We need to create a new campaign to structure our main idea based on cooperative to be so attractive to the others. We need to describe the process: what that cooperative can get benefit from the company? How our process will work and how the user will benefit from the product.

RESEARCH AND VALIDATION Today we started working on changing our personas. We talk about the conclusion of the questionnaire and also about our main idea and how we are going to execute it, we did a lot of research too, we studied the tracking process and we think ways to reward the cooperatives. We also talk about the amount of tetrapack boxes that the company needs to give (22,5%).
